Need a carb .12 1/10 On-Road
Got an HPI .12 engine that I need a carb for; it has a 12.5mm OD barrel(.492in) that slides into the crankcase. It is held in place by a locking stud and nut on the crankcase and seals by an O-ring slid up onto the barrel. My best guess is that any .12 to .18 size engine carb, rotary or slide type, would work right dandy so long as it fits the crankcase.
Can't imagine needing a carb for an HPI engine (LOL). Engine is a pull start in a 2 speed shaft drive HPI On-Road 1/10 scale car. The car was given to me by a neighbor who got it in a package RC deal, and he was after other car stuff in the package. The little engine was strong and the car was in good working order and ran well; however the fuel inlet broke off and it has been so long that I have had the carb off looking for parts that the carb has froze up.
At any rate, I'm looking to sell the car and a TC3 I have and would prefer both to be in working order. Any help would be appreciated.
