lrp's seem to run hot naturally. i would say go to 12 but i bet it wont help. what speedo? any timing? as someone else mentioned my wheel hexes where rubbing the bearings. causing drag. also make sure you temp your slipper when your done! if its ridiculously hot then your slipping so much your motor is not happy.
