You should be able to push into the high 80 mph range easily with that setup. Check out

For speed runs you will need to run a harder compound 50-60 rating or foam tires that have been trued down to prevent them from ripping off the rim.
Inspect the tires before going out little nicks will expand and start ripping at speed. (A phone book is impossible to rip in half until you give it a little twist.)
