Bringing the class back would be great!!! I have two (2) 2wd Serpent Impacts and just picked up a 4wd rolling chassis with some parts for $25 from a guy moving from my area. However, our problem would be replacement parts for when you break something. We might be able to mod some parts from some of the current cars to fit but some we would be just a$$ed out.
I agree with the class as I ran this when it first came out. Was running 1/8 2wd with a Serpent 4wd converted and was fun to get it to work well. Much different driving style than 4wd.
As to parts ......... I have cases of stuff and even purchsed a good chunk of stuff when distribution changed a few years back. If you need something I'm sure I have it.
One of the best options for this car was to run the OSTZ .18 as it has much better power, still very light. Probably have 2-3 sets of the big block to small block mounts.
