There's a company in Japan called Blade Racing. They make a few bodies for 190mm cars.

In Japan the bodies run at between 3000 - 3500 yen which is pretty much what we pay for most bodies.
But, I don't know of their availability outside Japan nor how much it would cost to send them elsewhere.
