I have only run the MI2 with foam tires so far and have been very happy, although i have a rubber tire race coming up (i have little experience with rubber). the track is medium with a few technical surfaces, outdoor asphalt, mod class, there is a control tire Sorex 36 with sorex C insert.

Please advise if the PW base is appropriate or if there is something else that would work well.
