I would only get the shrink wrap off. I think it looks awesome the way you have it. I run mod with the same ESC mounted the same way you have it. LRP 7.5 motor and the ESC never gets over 110 degrees.

I removed the heat shrink and left the ESC in it's position.
I will say one thing with the B44.1 I need that Hotwire set-up because the lag is killing me coming out of the corners and on initial take off.
Too bad I have a Mac, should have looked at the tuning requirements first.
