They can take some abuse and they hold up pretty darn well to what ever you dish out to the car. Worst case scenario is front shock ends brake, rear chassis mounts, rear wing mounts and make sure you loc tight anything metal to metal, because you will loose screws if you don't.

Other then that, pretty rock solid cars.
