What's the best way to tell if the chassis is rubbing on a carpet track? I use magic marker but I think it may be to stern to rub off unless its a chronic problem in the car, any suggestions?
You can usually tell because the sides and/or leading edge of the chassis and/or leading edge of the motor pod will have some black rubbery stuff on it. One side of the chassis will usually have it over the other depending on what way round you run around the track (clockwise or anti-clockwise). Just wipe it off using a rag and some petrol lighter fluid or brake cleaner.
