you need a bearing pller/installer. I got the ofna one which is okay. The one I should have gotten is the Hudy ultimate tool. You will be surprised how often you use it. The ofna one you will need a heat gun to warm up around the bears/case to take out. I would not even think of using the ofna tool with out heat. I would imagine in a pinch you could try it with out heat.
