If you are using oil shocks, TRF's or CVA's, run a hard spring in rear Tamiya blues and a red spring up front. The flourescent red spring is a little softer than the TRF white spring (think the white paint stiffens it up a little).
If your camber is set to 0 degrees all round then add a degree of negative camber on the rear to give the front more grip.
