I'm getting back into the hobby later this summer as our indoor winter program begins. We race on off road carpet set-up in the winter and loomey/hard rough large dirt track in the summer months. I will be running the 17.5 combo in 2wd sc(probly a sc10) Was looking for a explanation on the difference between the VTX10 and VTX10R esc and which 17.5 combo would be more versatile and suit my conditions of racing.
