I too run a Losi truck.... I have tried the 48 and also have a 49 tooth I have tried. With my altitude I really notice the loss in power on the bottom end so I normally end up back with the 50. Sounds good for you to try the 2087/204, I would think with that combo, it would work well for you in Colorado. We are very lucky to have all the different track we have in Arizona, at least we have 5, just inthe metro Phoenix area, varying in different sizes and layouts, with the Nitro Pit the largest, I really don't change, if any, from track to track, tires, or braking mainly.
