I have mine pretty tight but I run on a hard packed clay track, so not sure about how you should run yours since I've never ran on that type of track........ For the shock oil I would stay with what you have in the front and drop the rear to 25w...... I've had no issues with the bearings but if there are better ones out there I don't see how it could hurt anything, but not sure if it'll improve anything.......... I'll leave that answer up to the experts ;-)
