Well I just thought 16t was to much and would cause overheating, I ran it with the 16t/62p last week at the indoor track and after about 4-5 laps it was tempted around 160 I believe, so I'm thinking maybe if I drop the spur down to say a 56 I should be fine...... I'm running 12/62 with a 4.5 at west coast...I would think a 13 or 14 would be good for a 5.5 if your running at ocrc or wcrc.
