Still needing to upgrade the steering servo's on my LST but I think I am going to take ntrain's advice and stick with some less expensive 7955's or 7950's.
For your LST? Not sure if the 7950 you mentioned is a typo, but the 7954 can be had for 50-60 less than the 7950 and it is just a tad quicker with nearly as much torque. Its the best bang for the buck of all Hitec's serovs. 2 of those together gives you over 800oz.(a whopping 50 foot pounds worth!) of torque, and in an LST with a blazing fast transit speed under real world use. One of my LST's uses the Tower Hobbies TS 170 pair(rebadged 7955) and I get about 700oz of torque(over 40 foot pounds of torque)and the steering torque and speed is insane. Those servos work effortlessly even in an 8th scale 15 pound 4wd MT. In reality its "lightduty" use for em.
