Hey Rod,

I saw you were looking for a one-way setup....here is one that Surikan used.

Setup: 415 rubber outdoor - Surikan's
Front :

springs : Assoc Gold - 40 w 3hole
sway bar : yellow
shock mounting position : 2nd hole in from outside on shock tower. outer hole on a arm.
uptravel : 2mm
front one way : yes and center oneway
Kickup : none
Upper Arm : Low rc - 4mm spacers under innner link. No spacers under blocks
Left : C2
Right : C1
Caster : 4 degrees
Camber: -1
Wheelbase: all the way to front
Tires:??

Rear:

springs : Assoc Silver 40 w 3 hole
sway bar : yellow
shock mounting position : outer holes top and bottom
uptravel : 2mm
Anti-squat: none - and no spacers under either block
Upper Arm : medium 2mm spacers under inside link
Toe in: 1 degree upright - with 2.0 total toe (a/c).
Camber: -1
wheelbase : all the way forward

Body : Mazda 6
Motor: 8T
Gear : 103 27


Here is a setup I used on carpet....


Rc: Setup 415 rubber carpet oneway
Front :

springs : yellow
sway bar : yellow
shock mounting position : outer holes top and bottom
uptravel : 2.5mm
front one way : yes
Kickup : none
Upper Arm : high rc - no spacers under innner link. No spacers under blocks
Caster : 8 degrees
Camber: -1
Wheelbase: all the way to back
Tires: cs 22 - med insert

Rear:

springs : yellow
sway bar : yellow
shock mounting position : outer holes top and bottom
uptravel : 2.5mm
Anti-squat: one .7mm spacers
Upper Arm : 4mm spacers under inside link
Toe in: 1 degree upright - with 2.5 total toe (a/d).
Camber: -2
