It depends. They will help if u have all kinds of traction. If no traction then it will push or the rear may spin around on u on curves. The thicker the rod the stiffer it will be.
If great traction & too thick rods then u will fight traction roll. Just try a little at a time.
We have a huge amount of traction at West Coast Raceway. That was one of the reasons I thought about going to a stiffer sway bar to fight traction rolling in the medium speed corners.

So your saying I might possibly traction roll more with stiffer sway bars ? I was thinking it would prevent it due to decreasing the amount of body roll
