Big Brown Truck delivered my B4.1 today. Everything went together perfectly.....EXCEPT the diff. The male outdrive half (9852) where the outer diff bearing rides (9832) is .008 too thick as compared to the female side, and won't slide into the inner race of the bearing. Yes, measured it and the bearings with calipers several times, in several different places. The female side is perfect, and slides in and turns smooth as snake snot in either bearing.

So much for racing this weekend. ANOTHER call to AE (had issues with two different TC6 kits, too), but at least it's usually no-questions-asked and quick turn around on sending good parts out.
