A couple guys at my local track have changed the losi ball diff for the associated gear diff.

Just wondering if anyone else has done this and if so what did you do to make it work.

Don't get me wrong my ball diff is fine carbide balls and AE diff nut but I like the gear diff on carpet. Any help/tips would be awesome
