Default Braking shuts off engine? / Idle speed needle does nothing?
Whenever I start my truck, I'll drive it for a bit (it also seems sluggish), but whenever I brake, the car shuts off.

Which brings me to my second problem, when I try to fix it using the idle speed needle, the needle doesn't do anything.
