two quick questions

i see everyone running kyosho springs on there ae buggys.. do u guys run them on the st's to or just buggys. what kyosho spring colors would i need for in door eight scale high bite clay track.

is there a performance gain to running the kyosho shocks or is it so it wont rub on the shocks??
