Watch what packs do it & if it is always the same pack.
The internal resistance might be going up in them.

I think there can be times where the system drops to trickle charging/balancing and it is taking out about as much current while checking the voltage on each cell as it is putting back in. So far this is only happening to me on smaller 2s packs.
To be honest, I haven't noticed the problem since I started using a decent hobby style power supply.

"perfect" just shorten your time limit on the charger. I'm assuming this is the same as the rest of the "four button" design.
If I see the charger sitting on .01 charge rate for too long I stop the charge and check it with my stand alone balancer, the balance has been good each time I have done this.

Some of what you're seeing otherwise is prob age related, I haven't seen complaints about the Quattro having inherent balance issues. If it does this with a good lipo, then I'd suspect the charger may have a prob.
Does it happen in all 4 ports?
I haven't taken the time to determine any tendencies that may have to do with the charger or it ports. In the coming weeks ahead I will try to determine if it is charger or battery related, right now I am thinking battery.
