just a thought on that, I've been doing a bit of reading up, and http://www.velocityfactory.com.au/ (aussie based) and they're cells get their numbers from single peaking and 30amp discharge down to 5.4 volts. Now Orion's cells have a triple peak, and a 30amp discharge, down to 5.1volts. I've also seen on a few Orion packs a 27amp discharge too??? Just a thought on why the numbers might be different, althought no one has said that the big names are full of shit, i dont think they are as such, but I have no doubt that a few of the bigger names are pulling some legs here and there.

Could the charge method' be why you aren't getting the high voltage and better runtime? How many amps are you charging the cells at? Try peaking 3 times and discharging at 27amps??
