The idea right now is to limit this class to the 104 Stock Chasis. We have 6 or 7 people already going to order the F104x1 the instant it comes out.

If someone shows up and wants to run an Exotek 104 conversion, are you going to turn them away?
The plan is to draw the line at Tamiya hop-up parts only
The 103 is still a very potent race car and there are still an abundance of parts available due to all the re-issues from Tamiya. I am trying to build as large a stock of parts so that these cars can run for years to come.
If I am not mistaken I believe the 103 has a wider wheelbase in the rear making it a little easier to drive. Again, I believe it will be limited to the 104 so it is equal.
