Ok, the reason u want what I posted is because the actual thread is bigger, every team driver has been doing this to get away from the links skipping teeth. If you want light ti pieces that r more expensive I no Lunsford use to make them the same 5 mm ends for the 1.0, the whole point is to get away from the small 4 mm thread, it also makes the car stronger and the balls don't wear out as easy as the smaller 6.8 mm balls. The whole package is far far better cause the 4.0mm ends in steel, aluminum or even ti from Losi or lunsford skip, no matter what it skips, Losi made there ti ones sharper n they still couldn't get it to stop, go to the old school 5 mm turnbuckles n problem is solved, only way to make them better is to see if someone still makes them ti, I think Lunsford did but idk if they still do. U don't wanna waist your money n stay with the small ones trust me.
