The TVC- terminal voltage control yes I tried using that I cranked it up to see if I got any more volts into the pack. But no go this again was with a 1c with no balancer. I'm going to try 2c pack with a balancer connected that came with the charger.

You might be right on me needing a balancer. Because I only used this charger
For 1c I'll try to get ahold of a 2c with a balancer and see what happens
