Here's a pic from my clubs 3rd practice night. There are about 10-12 people showing up and when that reaches 15 regularly the club will move to the larger banquet room. 5 hours for 108$ isn't bad at all, plus we can store the track on site. Obviously it's more expensive than using a parking lot but we will be running year-round and in any weather so that should keep people interested.
