This was in a fast conversion before racing. I most probably could drop 2mm out of both shafts as I am well inside the drive cups

additionally, i've measured all the pivot blocks. here are a few random facts:
- the narrow rear sets are 2mm narrower overall than standard pivot blocks of the same degree.
- the rr blocks move in 1.5mm increments overall width, per degree
- the standard front blocks are just about the same width as the rr2.0
