This ruling is only for this event ONLY... the vta tour has been running the open motor rule at every track Since they started. Some of the racers have express threw the PM system that they don't have ballistics motors in there vta's or pit boxes anymore, so i opend the event to any motor for the benefit of the event.
However, club racing and other trophy races like the enduro im planning will be ballistics and novak ss only. So get it together guys, club races and other trophy races will be ballistics and ss only...
