Actually it's going well all I need now to make up my mind is. Do I actually need a one way front end? And I need to see a picture of the MI2 S1 with stick battery in place so I can make a final visual comparison. 
NO!!
stick with the stock diffs for now. i've heard of plenty of guys busting their cars up due to the 'free wheel spin' of the 1-way. if you're good with your on/off speed throttle control along w/ knowledge of proper braking techniques, then go ahead, they are definitely faster.
