Did you check the EPAs.
There is a servo monitor function which shows the travel, have you used it?
Also check throttle speed the low side may be turned off.
Did you try a fresh setting that wasn't used before?
Check to see if any of the brake functions are inhibited and check to see if the throttle trim is centered also the subtrim.
