I need to measue the diameter of the outdrives then try to hunt down some bearings..
it will work and has great potiential - but you need to replace the bulkhead bearings with smaller inner diameter bearings to REALLY make it work
Flanged bearing + plastic bearing holders from tc with few shims will do the trick. You have to rearange centar pulleys.
