i had a shock on the front that would leak where the cartidge is screwed to the shock body. I took some teflon tape and put it on the threads, screwed the pcs together and then trimmed the excess with a razor blade now no leaks at all.
I didn't take my shocks that far apart but I looked at the manual and it appeared as though there is no o-ring that seals the lower cartridge. I could see that as a problem and I could see Teflon taking care of any leaks there if that's the case. Are there any o rings or something else that seals the lower cartridge against the shock body?
