After further investigation. The slipper thrust spacer part number 91090 on the top shaft was machined short. It made the pulley rub the trans case. Thats how i found the problem. I used some shims, and bench tested it. No slippage. Whoever machined these parts need to turn up the chuck pressure on the lathe. Now we have to wait. Or find some shims to take care of this problem.
91090 was not machined well on mine either. I had to run a drill through it to clearance it enough to fit over the shaft.
