Good racing at the Nitro Pit last night, this was my third race with my Clocked B5 in buggy and my first race with new Clocked B5 in truggy. This time out I was able to qualify in second behind TLR driver Casey Peck and two JQ drivers in third and fourth Greg Singletary and little fast man Tanner Stees. In tuggy I was able to TQ putting in a nice 9 lap 7.04 run on Q2 almost running 10 laps I messed it up on the last lap lol. My buggy felt like it was faster then ever this time out, she's at that 1 gallon mark and making insane power. Truggy felt super dialed engine running very very good nice and smooth with no issues, just need to get more fuel thru her and pull a head shim out. During the buggy main I had my usual bad luck and was sent to back just after the start, not a problem if you have a clocked engine right..... After settling back into my rhythm and fending off hacker master of year Ross Denny I was able to drive my Mugen MBX *6 into second with a good lead over third place young local fast kid Brandon Akiyama. *The Truggy main went super smooth one of my best runs ever. Once again after getting that darn Ross Denny off my tail I was able to drive away putting just about two laps on the field by the end of the race. My new Clocked B5 ran super smooth the entire night getting about 11min of run time and have probably a half gallon on in. I cant wait till she fully break in, it will be unstoppable....... * Big thx to Neal and John for there help and support people are really starting to take notice of these engines out here in AZ.......... **
