The Sirio conrod seem to work fine on my EVO2 so far have been running at least 1 gallon of fuel thru it and the engine is still going strong, in fact I feel it getting stronger and the pinch on at TDC is still there. Btw I am running O'donell 25% on my FW05R on a mid size track and I have no problem catching those guys running JP
Check the connecting rod clearance with the crank pin. Give us some numbers please!
