If you look you will see that even if the pin in the hex is fully snapped in place it still only covers half if the pin. Not the best. Still not passing judgement though.
I hear ya, but apparently its ok, Mugen use this type of setup also where the pin is captured by the bearing. Snap Rings would have been nice.
