Well here is the deal, I have had Futaba radio's for the longest time...maybe 1984 and I think the quality has gone down a bit. I seem to be getting more and more interference and glitchy cars lately! I recently switched to JR radio's and really like the way they work but I want one radio to do all my cars and don't want to spend the money for the R1! I really like the way you can add the Spectra module to the 3D but at the same time I am concerned about the quality of Hitec's products. They have great prices and most of the time I hear "you get what you pay for". I have had many Hitec servo's and have mixed feelings about them. The ones that work work great, others burn up premature or never center right from the start. If I spend $300 on a radio I want to make sure it is a good, well manufactured radio!!
