Ride height: Not so important, but it 4mm.
Body: Not too important, but you should stay with an import to keep with the drifter theme.
Rear wing: Just for looks, it's not effective at such slow speeds.
Tires: ABS plastic pipe section over HPI wheels, no rubber.
Throtle management: Just practice and get the feel for how much throtle makes the car break loose. You don't need very much. The worst thing you could do is over-rev your motor.
Surface: Track is smooth asphalt. Rough road isn't good, it only snags on your tires and disrupts your drift. Concrete works well also.
