The problem with some of these bodies is that you must shave down the front bumper a bit, otherwise you will not be able to push the body all the way back. This looks like it is exactly what happened with yours. Without shaving the front of your bumper, the bumper pushes the front of the body. I usually use some 400 Grit sandpaper to sand it down and then I smooth it out with 600-800.
