I have like 2 or 3 degree to in on both sides because i can't shorten the turnbuckles any more.

I'm not a pro12 pro (yet) but from what I know, smaller tires usually gives much more grip. I think your problem might come from the difference in diameter between your front and rear tires. Try truing your rear tires to a smaller diameter and try again...
