The hard chassis is similar to the original Velox chassis, the 09 version with Velox milled into it is quite a bit softer. I personnally prefer the feel of the car with the hard chassis, the car feels more consistant and with better rear end traction. In the UK we generally use the hard chassis in high and low grip conditions.
