I ran the 6.5mm venturi this weekend just gone, and the motor had power for Africa. Plenty of top end, and bottom end to lift the wheels if you got to heavy on the gas . Motor reached the 50 tank mark on Sunday.
You won't get super economy with only 15 tanks through, but you might be able to crack 9 minutes (dependant on driving style and track size). 10 min might be pushing it a bit too lean with that limited amount of fuel through.
I put a reasonable race tune on my HO at the 15 tank mark, and it was more than happy to go along for the ride.
