So very funny how people are recommending $300+ radios to a guy that is self admitted "brand spanking new" to the hobby. LOL are you guys serious?

My suggestion, go with the Flysky GT3b. It costs $35 for radio and receiver. It will do 99% of what any other radio will do, at only 10% of the price! If you like it, good. If later on you think you need a "better" or "pro" radio, then go for it...you would only be out $35.
