The small power supply for the unit was plugged in and the unit was turned on when it failed. I was testing a motor. I'm really disappointed with this thing since it was really expensive and so far the only thing I've gotten out of it was a lighter wallet. I've got over $600 into a dyno that breaks everytime it's put to use and still can't even get any information out of it. High quality for the money...
