My guess is kcobra is right imho.

I have the IQ2+IQ3000 firmware on my Vic.
It does not show voltage pull.
The only voltage to adjust/set are stopdropvoltage (nimh) charge #5 in the charge menu
Or Voltage cutoff when discharging. That's it for me.

Any further details?
