Hi I have exactly the same problem. We are running a Pentium 4 with Windows XP I have serial and USB ports but during the Laps Free setup I keep getting "NO COM PORT FOUND" Any solutions out there would be greatly appreciated. We bought the AMB 20 used was it supposed to come with drivers? AMB told me I had to contact the software mfg.
