This is about the same setup i used to use on the F103 back in the days you could only use the Tamiya foam tires
Nowadays with the 30 or 25SH rear tires and 40 or 45SH fronts it is a lot easier to get that car dailed in.

After you have done it all, split upper deck, soft feel on everything, spring, shock oil, damper plate, T bar, o ring etc... then move on to the front end.

Stiff front springs, medium to hard tires, toe out, ride height higher than the rear.
Make it push some how when exiting the corners.
