If you go with any of the Tekno V4 conversions a single 4S pack is the only way to go.
The Tekno V4 D8 conversion of a Hara D8 is IMHO the best out there right now! TONS of setups and they just are fun to drive! A Good 4S will set ya back $65-$75 so that aint bad at all!
I have that setup with Tekin RX8/T8 1900kv and it RIPS! Just put a decent servo in it and you are GTG! Very stable, it turns great, and it jumps great!
I have Gens ACE 40C 5000mah 4S ($67) in mine and have had zero issues although I am thinking about trying a Turnigy nanotech 6000mah 25C ($65) one of these days...
